Sale High School

Pupil Premium

What is the Pupil Premium?

Schools are now allocated a sum of money to support their work with pupils who are entitled to and claim Free School Meals and those who are in local care. This year Secondary Schools are being allocated £935 multiplied by the number of students attending that school who have claimed free school meals in the last six years.  44% of Sale High School students have been eligible for and claimed free school meals in the last 6 years and a small number of our children are in local care.

The following document explains how the money was spent and what impact it has had on the school.
